Start your morning at 6 AM by meeting your guide at the Rusizi I border. After completing border formalities, proceed to Kahuzi-Biega National Park. Enjoy a guided briefing to prepare for tracking the lowland gorillas. Hike through dense jungle trails for up to two hours each way. Upon finding the gorillas, observe their behavior up close and cherish this rare moment. Afterward, rest before visiting Panzi Hospital, a Bukavu facility helping victims of violence. End the day with a relaxing evening in Bukavu at Panorama Hotel, reflecting on the day’s adventure.

Day 1 / 4 Days

Idjwi Island and Pygmy Village Visit

Return to Bukavu and City Tour
