Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your
safari representative and transferred to Arusha, a lively safari town located at the base of
Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at your lodge or take a short
optional city experience exploring local markets or coffee shops. This day is intentionally
relaxed to allow you to recover from your journey and prepare for the safari adventure ahead.
In the evening, you will receive a detailed safari briefing covering the itinerary, wildlife
expectations, and travel logistics for both the bush and beach segments of your trip.
