DAY 1: Transfer To Bwindi For the 3-Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour
Morning/Pick-up: You will be picked up from Entebbe/ Kampala for your first day of the 3-Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour. The drive time from Entebbe/Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, located in Southwestern Uganda, is between 8 and 9 hours. Although it may seem quite a long drive, it is worth it because you get to enjoy the countryside scenery with some of the
Afternoon/Travel: You will have a stopover in Kayabwe at the equator for experiments and photography, and later proceed to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch, you will embark on your scenic drive to Bwindi NP, where you will see the most beautiful landscapes ranging from plantations, hills, all the way to the Virunga massif. Just keep your cameras near you, and your driver will stop if you need him to, so that you can capture that beautiful moment.

DAY 2: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park
Morning/Briefing: After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Park Headquarters for a briefing and join others for a briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trek. This trek can last between 1 hour and 4 hours,s depending on the location of the mountain gorilla family on that particular day.
Once you find the gorillas, you’ll spend one hour observing their behaviour and taking photographs. After that, you’ll return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate, which confirms you’ve tracked gorillas in Uganda.
Evening: You will return to the hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

After your breakfast, we’ll drive you back to Kampala or Entebbe for your post-tour accommodation, or you can fly out of Uganda today. You will have a beautiful view of the Kigezi rolling hills as well as the terraced gardens of the Bakiga People of Southwestern Uganda.
Afternoon/Lunch: Depending on your itinerary, your journey will be spent on Scenic drives. Since you will use the same route back, you will have another stop at the Equator crossing for photo moments, buying souvenirs or just relaxing before continuing to Kampala/Entebbe.
Evening: Evening will find you in Kampala/Entebbe. If you’re to fly out on that day, we advise you to book a flight that departs at night so that you do not rush on your return journey to Entebbe.

What to Expect on a Gorilla Trek
3 Day Gorilla Trekking from Entebbe. For Gorilla trekking practice to be flexible starts early morning with a briefing at the park headquarters. And after the briefing session, visitors are to be assigned to small groups and led by experienced guides, and Trekking can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once the gorillas are found, visitors can observe them from a safe distance for one hour.
